We understand that our stock can be a little mismatched at times, so we understand that people may want refunds. If you aren't entirley satisfied with the product you have 14 days to return it (as long as the tag is still intact.) Send us an email to submit your refund request and we can get right onto it!

We spent a lot of time searching for suppliers that could provide us with products at prices that allowed us to charge such low prices. We don't want to see any of our products go to landfill so we decided to charge lower prices in order to make sure they go to a happy home!

We ship all our products from the UK so if you are overseas shipping may take longer. At checkout there is an option to ship first class which means your product will be paired with a unique tracking number. Unfortunately if the product is shipped standard we do not get given such code and so are a lot less equipped to help track down your package.

VNT was set up, and is still being run by 1 person!

Our suppliers source their products directly from the designers themselves. There is no room for fakes to get in!
